What exactly are Universal Credits?
A prepaid balance that pays for any Oracle Cloud Infrastructure service at standard OCI rates. Instead of subscribing to one product, you fund one balance and consume freely across compute, database, storage, AI and networking.
What is the minimum amount?
20 MAD. There is no maximum and no fixed tiers: type any amount that fits your budget, or use the cost calculator to size it from a real workload scenario.
What happens when my balance reaches zero?
Your services pause automatically. Nothing is deleted and nothing extra is billed. As soon as you top up, your resources resume where they left off.
Do I get a proper invoice?
Yes. Every top-up produces a Moroccan VAT invoice in MAD, issued to your company details, suitable for accounting and tax deduction.
Are OCI prices the same as on oracle.com/cloud?
Yes. Your usage is metered at Oracle Cloud public rates for the region you use, then converted to dirhams at the exchange rate printed on your invoice. OneCloud does not mark up the service prices; the local billing, your dedicated tenancy and the spending controls are what you get on top.
What if I stop using OCI with credit left?
Your remaining balance stays on your account with no expiry surprise; use it on any OCI service later. Talk to us if you need to move a balance between projects or close a tenancy, we handle it case by case.
How fast is my tenancy ready?
