1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the OneCloud Marketplace platform operated by One Cloud SAS, registered at 26 Avenue Mers Sultan ETG 1 APT 3, Casablanca, Morocco (RC: 502641). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

OneCloud Marketplace provides a platform for purchasing and managing cloud services, including but not limited to:

  • Cloud compute resources (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, VMware vCloud Director)
  • Software licenses and subscriptions
  • Security and productivity solutions
  • Domain registration and management services

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment is required before service activation unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prepaid credits are non-refundable once consumed.
  • Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email address.

5. Service Level Agreement

OneCloud commits to a 99.9% uptime SLA for all production cloud services. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding this threshold, service credits may be issued in accordance with the specific product SLA terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Distribution of malware, spam, or malicious content
  • Activities that compromise the security or performance of our infrastructure
  • Reselling services without prior written authorization

7. Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. OneCloud complies with Moroccan data protection law (Loi n° 09-08) and is registered with the CNDP.

8. Service Suspension and Termination

OneCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of invoices after the due date
  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Upon request by a competent legal authority

9. Limitation of Liability

OneCloud shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question during the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca.
